Here's how we handle shipping: costs, delivery times, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Where we ship

We ship throughout Europe. The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France are our main markets, with the fastest delivery. We ship to other European countries too, the rate depends on the destination.

Large or heavy parts (freight)

Some parts are too large or heavy for standard parcel shipping, think body panels, roof frames, bumpers, floor pans, and windscreens. These ship as freight, at a fixed rate per country. You'll see this rate on the product page, and it's applied automatically at checkout.

These items aren't eligible for free shipping. Shipping to a country not listed here? Email us and we'll sort out a rate for you.

Windows and other glass

Windscreens always ship as freight, at the rate above. For other glass — door, side, and rear windows — you can choose between two shipping methods:

Freight — safely packed. You'll receive the shipping cost by email after ordering, based on your address. We won't ship until you've confirmed.
Parcel post — at your own risk. We're unable to compensate for damage in transit.

Delivery times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–8 business days

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, and your package usually ships Monday or Tuesday. During busy periods — around events or holidays — processing can take a little longer.

Direct from supplier

Some parts ship directly from our suppliers, so they reach you faster. Nothing changes on your end — same service, warranty, and tracking.

Track & trace

Once your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Local pickup

Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Order online and select "pickup" at checkout — we'll arrange a time with you after that.

Wrong address or missed delivery?

You're responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected from a pickup point, we'll charge the shipping cost for a new delivery.

Damaged or lost packages

We pack everything carefully, but things can go wrong in transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll open an investigation with the carrier right away and work with you to find a solution.
