Upper door hinge for the left door of the VW Karmann Ghia from chassis number 1 074 874, OEM number 141 831 401C. The hinge is attached to the A-pillar and, together with the lower hinge, carries the full weight of the door. Replacement is needed in case of play, sagging doors or corrosion around the mounting points.
