Inspection cover for the steering box opening in the spare wheel well of the VW Beetle and Karmann Ghia up to 07/1960, OEM number 111 805 585. The cover closes off the recess that provides access to the steering box without removing the spare wheel well. It is secured with the original screws on the inside of the well.
