Idle jet with a diameter of 0,55 mm for the Weber IDF carburettor, for use on the air-cooled Type 1 engine in the VW T1 Bus, T2 Bus, Beetle, Karmann Ghia, T3 Bus, Type 3, Type 181 and Type 4. The jet determines fuel metering at idle and under light load. Replacement or adjustment is common when setting up idle behaviour after a carburettor rebuild.
