Rubber seal for the licence plate light of the VW T1 and T2 Bus 04/1958–07/1971, with OEM number 211 943 131C. The ring sits between the light housing and the body and keeps moisture out of the bulb contact. With age the rubber hardens so that it no longer seals properly.
